Logicom Romania, a leading regional distributor of technology solutions and services, has added Commvault, a global leader in Data Management solutions to its product portfolio. The agreement will cover all of Romania, and will go into effect as of September 2019.
Through this partnership, Romanian companies will have access to the best IT protection technologies, thus reducing unplanned interruptions by 62% (IDC report). Throughout its partner network, Logicom Romania will distribute the entire Commvault portfolio - professional solutions for data protection, archiving, deduplication, back-up and restoration, reporting and compliance, in any IT environment. Commvault Solutions act as an umbrella over technology solutions from the most important global suppliers: Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Cisco, DELL EMC, Lenovo, IBM, Fujitsu, etc. and will complement Logicom Romania`s existing portfolio.
The partnership in Romania is an extension of a business agreement which already covers the Middle East and Gulf region, as well as, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. The two companies have enjoyed a solid business relationship over the years, with Logicom being named ‘Distributor of the Year’ for the Middle East by Commvault in 2018.
In line with the strategy adopted by the new Logicom Romania Management Team, the addition of Commvault solutions will complete and expand the company`s enterprise portfolio. Logicom partners will therefore have access to the latest partnership program, which includes updated financial support measures, optimized lead registration processes, a modern portal with real-time support, technical and sales training, presale resources and digital marketing.
